Who we are
This site is operated by TODO: legal name of the club entity in the Dominican Republic, registered at TODO: address, RNC TODO, under a brand licence from M3 Padel Academy. International experiences and programs are contracted with TODO: invoicing entity, to be incorporated.
What this site does
The site provides information about M3 Punta Cana programs and collects information requests. No bookings or payments are made through the site. Each program's conditions, including cancellation terms, are sent with the proposal and accepted on confirmation.
Use of the site
Content, the M3 brand and audiovisual material belong to M3 Padel Academy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Users agree to provide accurate information in the forms.
Limitation of liability
Playing padel involves physical risk. Participation in any program requires signing an assumption-of-risk document and, for minors, guardian authorisation. TODO: final legal wording
Governing law
