The best don't improvise.
They train with method.
The M3 Method was born in competition and applies to every level. In Punta Cana it runs exactly as it does in Madrid: same structure, same assessment, coaches trained in the same system.
A system.
Not a collection of drills.
The M3 Method is how M3 Padel Academy trains any player, from someone picking up a racket for the first time to someone competing on the professional tour. It's the same structure that shaped players who have won 260+ World Padel Tour and Premier Padel titles.
It orders training into five pillars, defines what gets worked on at each stage and measures progress with video and data. An M3 coach doesn't decide each day what to do: they know where the player is and what comes next.
Technique, tactics, physical,
mindset and analysis.
Technique and tactics
Shots and decisions trained together. In padel they never exist apart.
Physical preparation
Padel-specific and adapted to each player's stage.
Mindset and habits
Routines, focus and discipline that sustain progress.
Analysis and feedback
Video and data to know what to change and in what order.
Competition as learning
Matches and tournaments with intent and a debrief after.
The same method
on both sides of the Atlantic.
Groups of three per court
The ratio doesn't change with the location. Three players per court and coach across experiences, school and academy; four only in rare cases.
Coaches trained in the system
The resident team is trained, certified and assessed with the same Coach Academy program as Madrid.
Video assessment
Before you arrive, when you start and when you finish. What changes gets recorded.
Oversight from Madrid
M3's technical leadership supervises the Punta Cana programs and rotates coaches between the two sites.
